Dixie StampedeA foot-stomping good time in the Smokies! Located on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, Dixie Stampede is a live, interactive dinner show featuring song, dance, horsemanship, comedy, and great food! Meet the most-loved 'performers' as you arrive - the open-air stables along the boardwalk showcase the Quarter Horse, Palomino, and Appaloosa celebrities. Southern Belles are there to greet you and answer any questions as you make your way to the Carriage Room. Enjoy popcorn, peanuts and cold sodas during the pre-show: a mixture of Bluegrass, Country, and Gospel music, as well as some of the best comedy in town. The main event occurs in the 35,000 square foot Grand Arena - with live animals, lighting effects, a state of the art sound system, and great song, dance, and comedy performances. Audience participation makes for an unforgettable and hilarious show. Dinner is served during the show: a four course feast of Southern traditions served the old-fashioned way - no silverware! Afterwards, browse the gift shop for souvenirs and mementos.
