- Is this some kind of Time-Share scheme?
- No. The Resort at Governor's Crossing is a condominium complex. Homeowners who choose to participate in the nightly rental program offer their condo for rent, much like a cabin owner does.
- Do you have hidden Cleaning Fees?
- No. Daily housekeeping is limited to fresh towels and toiletries, and trash removal. Full-service (linen change, vacuuming, etc) is available for an extra fee.
- Is your water park open to the public?
- No. The water park is for enjoyment of our guests/owners only.
- Is there an 'additional person' fee for the waterpark?
- No. Every guest in your unit is welcome at the waterpark.
- What kind of Continental Breakfast do you offer?
- Because each unit is equipped with a kitchen, The Resort does not offer a breakfast.
- What time is check-in/check-out?
- Check-in is at 4:00pm, Check-out is 11:00am
- Are there age/height restrictions for activities at the water park?
- Due to manufacturer's safety specifications, there is a 36" minimum height requirement on water slides. Under 48" may be required to wear life jacket.

- I've read a bad review about your property, what's up with that?
- We appreciate all of our guests' feedback, whether positive or negative. Occasionally a guest will have a bad experience but not mention anything while they are here. When we see a negative review on an third party site, we attempt to address any unresolved issues - but it is much easier accomplish this when the guest is still 'in-house'. We take our online reputation seriously - if you have any specific concerns, feel free to call us. And, when you are our guest, please let the Front Desk know of any issues - they are there to help!
